Although we consider all your information and wishes there will be times when a suggested material or product is not to your liking. We pride ourselves on solutions and will try to rectify any situation. This is accomplished via email communication. Please allow 72 hours for a response from one of our licensed interior designers. Unfortunately, once an Interior Concept Box has shipped we are unable to do any further concepts or refund any design fees.
